James Udy

James was born on August 16th, 1820 in Lanlivery, Cornwall, England.¹   James' father was Hart Udy and his mother was Ann Brokenshire.  His paternal grandparents were William Udy and Isabella Pierce Varco; his maternal grandparents were John Brokenshire and Ann Hawkey.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 84 on June 19th, 1905.  He was buried in Farmington, Davis, Utah.^1 1
