Hart's baptism took place on May 4th, 1785 in Landlivery, Cornwall, England.1   Hart's father was William Udy and his mother was Isabella Pierce Varco.  His paternal grandparents were John Udy and Catherine Couch.  He was an only child.  He died in St. Winnows, Cornwall, England.1
