Mary J. Turner

Mary J. was born in 1844 in Ingersoll, Oxford, Co. Ont. Canada.¹ Mary J.'s father was Robert Turner and her mother was Mary Franklin Twin. Her paternal grandparents were John F. Turner and Hannah Idale; her maternal grandparents were Edmund Franklin and Ann Wakefield. She had a brother and five sisters, named John Frank, Ann, Margaret H., Elizabeth, Sarah Christina and Martha. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Edwin, Albert Eugene, William R., Louisa and Maud Lucy. She died at the age of 73 in 1917 in prob. Mayville, Tuscola, Co. MI..¹
