Maria Constantia was born in 1833 in FL.1 Maria Constantia's father was William Travers and her mother was Rebecca Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Travers and Maria Fitzgerald; her maternal grandparents were James Smith and Mary Thorpe. She had two sisters named Margaret Medora and Martha Rosalie.
