William Henry was born on March 30th, 1834 in Breage Cornwall England.1   William Henry's father was Edward Taylor and his mother was Ann Bawden.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Taylor and Prudence Unknown; his maternal grandparents were William Bawden and Ann Unknown. He had four brothers named Edward Richard, Edwin, John Bawden and Alfred.  He was the third oldest of the five children.1
