Sarah was born in MA or CT.¹ Sarah's father was Aaron Taylor and her mother was Hannah Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Taylor and Miriam Keet. She had two brothers and a sister, named Nathaniel, Samuel and Hannah. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Obed, Aaron, Assenath, Ruth, Mariam and Jemima.¹
