Nancy Emma was born on October 20th.1 Nancy Emma's father was George Tate and her mother was Nancy Strain. Her paternal grandparents were James Tate and Margaret Nelson; her maternal grandfather was Alexander Strain. She had three brothers named Alexander J., James and John. She died on December 17th, 1852.1 -
