Elizabeth Swain

Elizabeth was born on January 15th, 1785 in Hillmorton, Wales.¹ Elizabeth's father was Isaac Swain and her mother was Elizabeth Hall. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Swaine and Elizabeth; her maternal grandparents were William Hall and Mary Gibson. She had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Isaac, Thomas, Isaac, Mary, Sarah, Ann, Susan and Rebecca. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 40 on October 9th, 1825 in Cambria, Niagra, N.Y..¹
