Percilla Summers 
Percilla was born in 1846 in Ohio.1 Percilla's father was John Summers and her mother was Hester Ann Nessell. Her paternal grandparents were David Summers and Margaret Howard; her maternal grandparents were Unknown Nessell and Priscilla Unknown. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Richard, George, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary A and Martha. She was the second oldest of the eight children.1 -
