Ida Belle Summers 
Ida Belle was born on July 16th, 1883 in Twin Twp., Ross Co., Ohio.1 Ida Belle's father was Richard Summers and her mother was Mary Catherine Eager. Her paternal grandparents were John Summers and Hester Ann Nessell. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Edward, Franklin, Albert, John, Louisa, Mary Mamy, Lizzie A and Jennie. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.1 -
