James Sterling 
James was born in Rowley, Essex, Massachusetts.1 James' father was William Sterling and his mother was Elizabeth. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Richard, John, Nathaniel, Daniel, Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah, Abigail and Hannah. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jonah (Josiah), Jacob, (Twins), Ruth and Ann. He died on May 6th, 1674 in Haverhill, Essex, MA.2 General Notes
