Walter Smith 
Walter was born on December 1st, 1857.1 Walter's father was John Archibald Smith and his mother was Mary Eliza Purcell. His maternal grandparents were Malcolm Purcell and Clarkie Sophia Drake. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Lawrence Drake, Thomas Leak, Clarkie Purcell and Mary. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 79 on November 10th, 1937.1 -
