Elijah Simmons 
Elijah was born on April 9th, 1852.1 Elijah's father was Henry Simmons and his mother was Lydia Parsons. His paternal grandparents were James Simonds and Martha Cook. He had four brothers and six sisters, named George Habbakuk, James Daniel, Daniel, Charles H., Martha, Naomi, Mary Ann, Edith, Margaret Ann and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eleven children.1 -
