Penny Sikes

Penny was born on February 10th, 1871.¹ Penny's father was Daniel Webster Sikes and her mother was America S. Kennedy. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Kennedy and Polly DeLoach. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Spencer, Colquitt E., Emily, Ellen Tululah, Mary, Martha E. and Corella "Rella". She was the third oldest of the eight children.¹
