Orville was born on May 5th, 1925.  Orville's father was John Harvey Setter and his mother was Nancy Evelyn Wilson.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Setter and Saloma Jobe. He had five brothers and a sister, named John Leslie, Everett Hiram, Marvin Bowen, Howard Alonzo, Gordon Clayton and Lila May.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 19 on May 13th, 1944.
