Ira Elmer was born on February 23rd, 1871 in AUBURN, Illinois.1 Ira Elmer's father was Noah Seales and his mother was Mary Catherine Wimmer. His maternal grandparents were Eli G Wimmer and Martha. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Samuel Eli, Louie Tilden, Charles Franklin, Edward Earl, Clarence Roscoe, Julia Alma and Bertha Melcina. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 4 on July 5th, 1875 in AUBURN, Illinois.1 -
