Clarence Roscoe was born on June 15th, 1891 in AUBURN, Illinois.1 Clarence Roscoe's father was Noah Seales and his mother was Mary Catherine Wimmer. His maternal grandparents were Eli G Wimmer and Martha. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Samuel Eli, Ira Elmer, Louie Tilden, Charles Franklin, Edward Earl, Julia Alma and Bertha Melcina. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 on December 16th, 1969 in AUBURN, Illinois.1 -
