Benjamin Scoville 
Benjamin was born about 1677.1 Benjamin's father was John Scoville and his mother was Sarah Barnes. His paternal grandfather was Richard Scovell; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Barnes and Mary Andrew Barnes. He had three brothers named John, William and Edward. He was the youngest of the four children.1 -
