Wenzel was born about 1871 in AUSTRIA.1   Wenzel's father was Mathias Ruba and his mother was Margaret Glockl.  His paternal grandparents were Josef Ruba and Barbara Schlegl; his maternal grandparents were John Glockl and Barbara Bier. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph George, John, Rev Father John Peter, George L (Ruba), Elizabeth Margaret, Mary, Catherine, Anna Delia and Margaret Elizabeth.  He was the third oldest of the ten children.  He died about 1875 in AUSTRIA.1
