John Ruba

John was born on May 15th, 1882 in (AUSTRIA) BOHEMI.¹ John's father was Mathias Ruba and his mother was Margaret Glockl. His paternal grandparents were Josef Ruba and Barbara Schlegl; his maternal grandparents were John Glockl and Barbara Bier. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Wenzel, Joseph George, Rev Father John Peter, George L (Ruba), Elizabeth Margaret, Mary, Catherine, Anna Delia and Margaret Elizabeth. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 45 on July 29th, 1927 in MUSKEGON, Michigan.¹
