Raney Rountree 
Raney was born on July 17th, 1887 in Orange Co., N. C..1 Raney's father was Thomas Charles Rountree and his mother was Dolly Wheeley. His paternal grandparents were David R. Rountree and Sally Wilson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Draughn, Griffen, Biddie, Leola and Lottie. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Willie, Mary and Tiny. He died at 10 months old on May 17th, 1888 in Orange Co., N. C..1 -
