Jenet was born on February 12th, 1809 in Orange Co., N. C..1 Jenet's father was Charles Rountree and her mother was Nancy Robinson. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Rountree and Evy Sturgis; her maternal grandfather was Michael Robinson. She had two brothers and five sisters, named David R., Harvey L., Rebecca, Betsey, Frances, Polley and Sally. She died at the age of 80 on April 12th, 1889 in Orange Co., N. C..1 -
