Alice Roels 
Alice's father was Hendrick "Hank" Roels and her mother was Anna Hoeksma. Her paternal grandparents were Pieter Roels and Adriana Brandt. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Albert, Peter, Infant, Kate, Martha, Berdene, Elizabeth, Jennie and Maria.-
