Thomas Theodore Purvis 
Thomas Theodore was born on June 16th, 1918.1 Thomas Theodore's father was Homer L. Purvis and his mother was Florence Teresa Hopkins. His maternal grandparents were Charles R. Hopkins and Eugenia Bazemore. He had five brothers and a sister, named Edward Lafayette, Charles Homer, John Alan, David Atkinson, Joseph Hopkins and Eleanor Eugenia. He died at the age of 61 on April 28th, 1980.1 -
