William Thomas Powell

William Thomas was born in 1855.¹   William Thomas' father was Francis P. Powell and his mother was Isabella L. Spivey. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel M., Pierce, Frances C., George G., Mary Eugenia, Georgia E. and Isabella. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry Russell, John Hamilton, James Walter, Charles Edwin, Alexander A., Anna Adele, Angeline Ward and Elizabeth.¹
