Samuel M. Powell

Samuel M. was born in November 1849 in GA.¹   Samuel M.'s father was Francis P. Powell and his mother was Isabella L. Spivey. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Pierce, William Thomas, Frances C., George G., Mary Eugenia, Georgia E. and Isabella. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry Russell, John Hamilton, James Walter, Charles Edwin, Alexander A., Anna Adele, Angeline Ward and Elizabeth.¹
