Phebe Polley 
Phebe was born on April 14th, 1775 in Charlton, Worcester, MA.1 Phebe's father was John Polley and her mother was Phebe Chamberlain. Her maternal grandparents were Jacob Chamberlain and Phebe Vinton. She had a brother and two sisters, named Pliny, Rhoda and Parthena. She was the second youngest of the four children.1 -
