Victor Emanuel Phelps

Victor Emanuel was born on April 16th, 1893 in Hill, NH.¹ Victor Emanuel's father was Andrew Jackson Phelps and his mother was Lillis Maria Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Phelps and Joanna Kenniston Gove. He had nine brothers and five sisters, named Andrew Jackson, John Bailey, Eddie Luke, Stillman, Ira Clifford, Clarence, Theodore, Newell Myrl, Cyrus Rowe Gove, Blossom Lillis Maria, Violet Luella, Mary, Ruth Irene and Almeda. He died at the age of 78 on July 31st, 1971 in Andover, NH.¹
