Philena Pepper 
Philena was born on April 13th, 1822.1 Philena's father was Simeon Pepper and her mother was Helotia Brooks. Her paternal grandparents were Simeon Pepper and Esther Jones. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Danforth, Seth B., Simeon, Willard, Louisa, Lovina, Mary, Narcissa and Ashbel. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Elam, Larry and Lucy.1 -
