Charles A. Parks

Charles A. was born in 1850. Charles A.'s father was Samuel Henry Parks and his mother was Zilpha Butler. His paternal grandparents were Davis Parks and Catherine Coon; his maternal grandparents were John Butler and Betsey Brown. He had five brothers and two sisters, named George W., Orin Riley, William, Sydney, Edwin, Lucinda and Marietta. He was the youngest of the eight children.
