Effie Marion Packard

Effie Marion was born on July 21st, 1875 in ME.¹ Effie Marion's father was Josiah Packard and her mother was Isabelle Lamson. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Mitchell Packard and Joanna Littlefield. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel Walter, Walter and Laura Belle. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 16 on June 12th, 1892 in Pasadena, Los Angeles, CA.¹
