Josiah Mitchell Packard

Josiah Mitchell was born on August 23rd, 1794.¹ Josiah Mitchell's father was Lebbeus Packard and his mother was Betsey Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Packard and Mehitable Alden. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Lebbeus, Abiel, Alfred, Betsy, Esther, Louisa, Lydia, Mary, Mehitabel, Nancy and Susan. He died at the age of 86 on March 17th, 1881 in Dixmont, Penobscot.¹
