Thomas Nichols 
Thomas was born on October 16th, 1670 in Salisbury, Essex, MA.1 Thomas' father was Thomas Nichols and his mother was Mary Moulton. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ebenezar, Samuel, John, Sarah and Rachel. He died about November 1724.1 General Notes
