John was born about 1676 in Amesbury, Essex, MA.1 John's father was Thomas Nichols and his mother was Mary Moulton. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ebenezar, Thomas, Samuel, Sarah and Rachel. He died after 1727.1 General Notes
