Lovvie Minnie was born on June 19th, 1888 in Oklahoma.1   Lovvie Minnie's father was George Washington Neale and her mother was Orranah Deese. She had six brothers and two sisters, named George, Roma Preston, Samuel, William Kice, Bruce, Shade, Bertha and Zimri.1
