Frances Elizabeth was born on April 7th, 1879 in Tattnall County, GA.1 Frances Elizabeth's father was William Nathaniel Moseley and her mother was Elizabeth Daniel. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund W. Moseley and Barbara Monroe; her maternal grandparents were John Daniel and Pearcy Waters. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Edward John Quincy, James C., William Claudius, Washington "Fid" Sylvester, Elmira P., Eliza Ann and Emma. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 22 on September 25th, 1901 in Tattnall County, GA.1 -
