Alva Millard 
Alva was born about 1850.1 Alva's father was Edward F. Millard and her mother was Lucinda Unknown. Her paternal grandfather was John Millard. She had six brothers named John C, Charles, Frank L, Edward, James and Arthur. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.1 -
