Joseph was born on November 2nd, 1711 in Union Twp, Berks Co, Pennsylvania.1 Joseph's father was Thomas Millard and his mother was Barbara. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Millard. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Timothy, Wolf, Benjamin, Jonathan, Mary, Ann and Elizabeth. He died about 1781 in Union Twp, Berks Co, Pennsylvania.1 -
