Frances Markham 
Frances was born about 1524 in of, Allerton, Nottinghamshire, England.1 Frances' father was John Markham and her mother was Anne Strelly. Her paternal grandparents were John Markham and Alice Skipwith; her maternal grandparents were John Strelley and Sanchia Williughby. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Thomas, Isabelle and Isabel. She was the oldest of the five children.1 -
