Joseph Rector Lynn 
Joseph Rector was born on November 27th, 1874 in Leon, Butler, Kansas.1 Joseph Rector's father was Charles W. Lynn and his mother was Margaret Arrena Denton. His maternal grandparents were George Bailey Denton and Margaret Rector. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named George Wesley, Thomas William, John Henry, Charles Francis, Jessie Washington, Robert Bailey, Simeon Denton, Ora Vernon, Julia Ella and Utoka Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 42 on November 17th, 1917 in Leon, Butler, Kansas.1 -
