Charles Francis was born on September 11th, 1880 in Leon, Butler, Kansas.1 Charles Francis' father was Charles W. Lynn and his mother was Margaret Arrena Denton. His maternal grandparents were George Bailey Denton and Margaret Rector. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named George Wesley, Joseph Rector, Thomas William, John Henry, Jessie Washington, Robert Bailey, Simeon Denton, Ora Vernon, Julia Ella and Utoka Elizabeth. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 3 on November 6th, 1883 in Leon, Butler, Kansas.1 -
