Edmond was born about 1845.1   Edmond's father was Joseph Lozon and his mother was Nancy Pelotte. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Pierre, Alexander, Gabriel, William, Madeline, Mary Louise, Elizabeth, Eliza and Chistine.  He was the youngest of the eleven children.1
