James Wiley Lowe

James Wiley was born on August 29th, 1900.¹ James Wiley's father was William Wiley Lowe and his mother was Catherine Olif McPhaul. His maternal grandparents were Hugh Washington McPhaul and Margaret Ann Biggs. He had a brother and a sister, named Donald Alexander and Mary Eva. He died at the age of 3 on October 24th, 1903.¹
