Martha was born in Westfield, MA.1 Martha's father was Joshua Loomis and her mother was Abigail Langdon. Her paternal grandparents were William Loomis and Martha Morley; her maternal grandparents were John Langdon and Abigail Phelps. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Seth, John, Joshua, Enoch, Justus, Justus, Abigail, Lois, Abigail and Ann.1 -
