Phillip Lechner 
Phillip was born in 1871.1 Phillip's father was Jeremiah Lechner and his mother was Caroline Weller. His paternal grandparents were Michael Lechner and Elizabeth Rider; his maternal grandparents were David Weller and Rosanna Heaur. He had two brothers and a sister, named David W., Allen D. and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the four children.1 -
