Gerrit Gerritse Lansing 
Gerrit Gerritse was born about 1642 in Hasselt, Overijsell, The Netherlands.1 Gerrit Gerritse's father was Gerrit Gerritse Lansing and his mother was Lysebeth Hendrickse. His paternal grandfather was Gerrit Lansing(h). He had two brothers and three sisters, named Henrik Gerritse, Jan Gerritse, Aeltien Gerritse, Gijsbertien Gerritse and Hilligien Gerritse. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died on July 20th, 1708 in Albany, New York.1 General Notes
