Mary Jane Kyes

Mary Jane was born in Landsdowne, Leeds County, Ontario, Canada.¹ Mary Jane's father was Alpheus Kyes and her mother was Minerva Shipman. Her paternal grandparents were Ephraim Kyes and Esther Friermouth. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Freeman Asil, Charles Byron, David, Delbert, Elizabeth, Emma Alma, Romelia and Sarah Cecilia. She died in 1916.¹
