William Knowlton 
William was born in 1614 in Canterbury, Kent, England.1 William's father was William Knowlton and his mother was Ann Elizabeth Smith. His paternal grandparents were Richard Knowlton and Elizabeth Cantize. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, Robert, Thomas, Samuel and Mary. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 41 in 1655 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.1 -
