John Kneeland

John was born on May 10th, 1769 in East Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut.¹ John's father was Jonathan Kneeland and his mother was Mary Spencer. His paternal grandparents were John Kneeland and Mehitabel Lord. He had three brothers and a sister, named Warren, Asa, Amasa and Polly. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 52 in 1821.¹
