Asa Kneeland

Asa was born in 1773 in East Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut.¹ Asa's father was Jonathan Kneeland and his mother was Mary Spencer. His paternal grandparents were John Kneeland and Mehitabel Lord. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Warren, Amasa and Polly. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 in 1842.¹
